Charter
We
believe the customer is always right, because we adhere to
this old adage we have provided a customers charter, this
lets you know just what to expect from us.
- Drivers
will always be punctual- if there is a delay for whatever
reason we will contact you to keep you informed
- All
drivers will be smartly attired - wearing a suit and tie
at all times
- Carriages
has a strict no-smoking policy in all its vehicles
- Food
and drink are not to be consumed in the vehicles
- All
cars will be clean and fully valeted
- We
do not operate two way radio or use our mobile telephones
at anytime when clients are in the vehicle
- Car
radios will not be turned on unless at the clients request
- In
the event that the client leaves any item of personal property
in the vehicle, the driver will contact the office immediately
so that the client can be informed. We will then keep the
property safe until it is convienient for it to be returned.
