Carriages
will endeavour to meet agreed client requirements at all times,
however there may be occasions where circumstances beyond
our control require us to make changes to agreed service.
In the event of such changes we will make every effort to
inform the client of the change.
Carriages
reserve the right to make alterations to pricing policy in
line with inflation and fuel price increases. Where the change
affects a cost to the client, the client will be informed
of the subsequent change and will be allowed to alter or amend
their plans as required.
Carriages
reserve the right to refuse to carry any passenger, who in
the opinion of the individual driver is in any way unsafe
to complete the journey.
Carriages
will always adopt a policy of reporting any passenger who
abuses any member of our staff, by either verbal or physical
means. We believe our staff have the right to carry out their
duty of employment without fear.
Carriages
expect that payment in full is made at the end of any journey,
unless prior arrangement has been made to settle the bill
using our account facilities.
Carriages
accept no responsibility for any loss or damage to luggage
or personal property, unless the loss or damage can be directly
attributed to the fault on the part of one of our drivers.
All claims for loss or damage should be made to our registered
offices.

Carriages
reserve the right to charge the full agreed rate for the booked
journey in the event that the booking is cancelled with less
than 24 hours notice. This right may be waivered only by agreement
with the company directors.
Carriages
are registered with the Public Carriage Office(PCO), Transport
for London.

All our drivers and vehicles will clearly display their permits
issued by the PCO so that you can travel in confidence. We
fully adopt the PCO Service Charter and Vision as issued by
them, where this Charter reflects the private hire industry,

terms and conditions do not affect the customers statutory
